Add a watermark to a PDF in PDF Coast

The short answer

PDF Coast adds watermarks on your own PC, for free. Open the PDF and choose Watermark in the Tools panel. Use a preset such as DRAFT, type your own text, or choose a picture like a logo. Set the placement, angle and opacity, pick the pages, and apply. You can change or remove the watermark later.
